Snow Shoes

path path

A hike with snowshoes is a unique experience, which brings us back to the sensations of the past, when mountain people used them to move around in winter, during heavy snowfalls. Nowadays snowshoes allow you to experience nature in a unique tranquillity, in contact with the majestic fir trees of the Lavazè Pass, in search of traces of wild animals, enjoying the views of the Catinaccio and Latemar and towards the Black and White Horn mountains from perspectives always new.

This sport is suitable for everyone as thanks to the wider surface compared to normal 'winter shoes', it sinks less in the snow and saves energy to cover longer distances. Why not try it? You can choose to move independently on 8 marked routes or choose the organized excursions.

The equipment can be rented directly at the Lavazè Pass at the Vuerich Shop, while the Cross-country Ski School offers an escort service for individuals and groups on different itineraries.
